Where to begin with rehab in a BRRRR investment?

Just bought my very first house and would like to BRRRR.

What is a good general process to follow when rehabbing. Where do you start? What do you prioritize? What do you leave as is, and what do you fully renovate? Bathroom and kitchen need full rennos for sure, but rest of the main floor just needs paint.

How do you budget for the repairs?

This house is currently a 2 bed 1 bath, but has potential to add on, possibly 3 bed 2 bath.

It’s 1,396 sq ft ranch with a full basement nearly identical to the main floor.

What should I do with HVAC. Currently just oil furnace, no AC.

Also duct work was installed backwards with returns on exterior walls and supplies on interior walls. Worth fixing?

Really would like to find a mentor I can consult with regularly and really get to know the process.

I have ambitious real estate investing goals but have absolutely No experience.
