Caught up in the deal, the debt, the structure.  The stress of putting every piece of the puzzle together that makes a deal can be stressful.  Sometimes you just need to get up from the desk and stretch or take a walk outside and smell a different smell.  Pet your dog or cat. Don't just squeeze a stress ball; go outside and throw one. Split some wood or just do something physical and different for a few minutes.  You can thank me later.
Concentration and focus are great to a point, but when you get that nagging pain in the base of your neck or the upper part of your back and it seems like no amount of rubbing it will get rid of it; you need to stop doing what you're doing and break the chain.

Stress is a killer.  Fight it by recognizing the signs and dealing with it rather than ignoring it or trying to will it away.

If you read this and knew immediately what I was writing about, push back from the computer and take a break.  You need it.

Happy investing

Stephanie
