Lenders in Arkansas Willing to short term lend for a Rehab?

I currently owe about $30k on a property with an ARV of about 65k.

Repairs are about 10k.

I am still trying to make local connections and larger connections, but I am trying to avoid screwing my credit score with cards, screw myself with 15% interest rates, and I don't really have equity to tap into yet.

Any tips or suggestions?
