Hi,

I am curious if any of you have been able to BRRRR Manufactured homes. We have a double wide on a permanent foundation in a good area of Fayetteville NC. We are planning to flip it however if we can BRRRR it that would be a good option. My problem is finding a lender that will cash-out refinance a double wide. I need some help in this area. If anyone has had success with this, I would love to hear from you.

Thanks

Tom

@Tom Mills Sounds like a good opportunity for private lending... find someone who wants to care the note for you for good cashflow.
