@Kyle Holmes Based on your market selection, there will be a type of home that probably rises to the top. Personally, I like homes in solid class b neighborhoods with good jobs, amenities, and schools. In these areas, the 1960s 3/1 or 3/2 ranch is pretty standard and works really well.
