Indianapolis Contractors / Repair Estimates?

Greetings All,

I'm looking for a few recommendations for Indianapolis contractors so that I can get timely estimates on some minor repair work (for my 4br/2.5ba house built in 2001). I'm planning to move/rent it out and buy a duplex soon, and would like to jump on multiple estimates as soon as possible. (I may need the same help for the duplex when I find it, so there's potential for repeat business.)

Thanks for your help.

~Jason

Facebook has investor groups where we chat about contractors and other resources in the area - if you are having trouble finding contacts, start there. Just make sure any contractor you work with is licensed and insured.
