Finding BRRRR in Houston?

Hey Everyone,

I am a newbie in Houston, looking to start investing in real estate. I have a respectable amount of cash saved up but it would definitely only get me a few houses going the traditional route. So I definitely am considering the BRRRR method to make my cash go as far as possible.

The trouble is, well, I don’t know what I’m am doing. I’ve spent house on Zillow searching, crunching numbers on what I think will work, but I’m not seeing any good deals (I think).

I’m unsure if I’m doing it wrong, over/underestimating numbers, or if the market is just to blame. Anybody have some insight for a beginner way down in H-Town?

Thanks, Daniel.
