Refinance Asset Based
Hey guys, thanks in advance for any help/advice!
So I have a property (Double Wide Manufactured) that I bought for $49K and have out about $10K into repairs and now would like to pursue refinancing it as a rental or RTO.
Should be worth $75-85K now.
Any suggestions on where I can do a cash out Refi on the house that is completely asset based?
Not sure that my DTI and credit would be high enough right now due to some credit debts incurred while rehabing the property.
Thanks guys!
