What is your hometown going for?!

Greetings from Washington PA! I’m interested in hearing about all your local housing prices? This may interesting to some and educational to those who are looking for that low living cost high rental yield ratio.

I’m from Washington PA where the average rent is anywhere between 750-1200 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment, house, condo etc. Now the catch is sometimes you may find a gem that if remodeled correctly with cost efficiencies in mind, could cash flow you 300-600 a month off that unit alone. On average I could predict that in this area you could buy a turn key home for a B or C class neighborhood and instantly cash flow a few hundred smackers.

What are your neighborhoods going for?
