Refinance Options Available?
I’ve done a lot of shopping around for a cash out refi and the best I’ve found with no seasoning requirements is giving me a rate of 6.75%. Is this higher than expected?
I am refinancing the property with a LLC so I only qualify for portfolio and commercial loans. The closing costs aren't too bad on this and there are prepayment penalties within the first 7 years, but the rate is still pretty high.
