what has been your experience with rehabs in the cold or rainy months? i ask because as the year winds down, i wondered with the time tables of the closings and the length of the rehabs, how much slower do things get with the contractors and handymen? do they take less jobs? right after the cold months are the rainy months. are you all that rehab still rehabbing all year? is this something i should not worry about? i know there are a lot of other issues. this was just something i thought of. new to rehabbing. my investments have been traditional financing and ready to move in up to this point and making switch to BRRRR.
