Should General Contractors be charging state sales tax?
Hello,
I'm BRRRRing my first property and had a question about sales tax on the renovation quote. I was under the assumption that sales tax is only charged on goods and not labor or supplies. However, my GC sent a quote with sales tax added on to the renovation quote. Is this correct?
Best,
