Can my wife purchase a rental property from my LLC (Sole Prop)?
I'm trying to cash out refi on my rental property but the appraisals are coming in a lot lower than I expected at 72k (123k ARV getting into the deal Nov 2019). Purchased at 70k and owe about 75k to a hard money lender. Just thinking of creative ways to make this work;
Can I have my wife purchase this property from my LLC(I'm the sole member in my LLC)?
