Hey Everyone,

I live in Ottawa, Canada and I just recently completed the refinance of my first property! After paying off all my construction debts I am left with 70k to invest. I am most interested in doing a Brrrr for my next property but I am curious if anyone in my area has done something similar? There are quite a lot of different rules in Canada from the US so I would like a locals opinion or anyone with knowledge in Canadian Brrrring. Any help would be amazing regarding next steps, taxes/ capital gains, contractors

Thank you!
