Greetings BP members. Looking to touch base with a realtor in Jacksonville, FL. I've reached out to a few already. However they don't really work the market segment I'm looking at. I'm interested in the 35k-50k market. I would be paying cash and looking to BRRR the properties. Any referrals would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to direct message me.
