Confusing question about BRRRR with a cash purchase
I have a financing question concerning BRRR. Can you buy a house using all cash and THEN go to the bank and get a mortgage to complete the BRRR? Or do you need to finance a house upfront in order to be able to refinance the house later for BRRR?

To answer your question, yes, you acquire the property with cash (HML, Private $, Personal $).
I got it on audiobook, but this will be a great start. https://www.biggerpockets.com/store/brrrr-ultimate?utm_source=searchresult
