Can an investor combine two loans on a good deal?
Hey everyone, My name is Roberto I'm a new investor and I don't have great credit but it's decent I'm in the process of building a savings , and I have no assets....Now my question is - Can I apply for two different loans on one deal so I don't have to use any of my own money? I'm pretty sure I have to pay closing costs and other fees but for beginners with little money and no assets how's it done?
