For those who conducted their first BRRRR. How much was the first property, how did you finance, how much were you all in for and how much was your ARV?

@Joaquin M Dugan Jr, you are making me miss those years.

2010: $22,500 purchase.  About $36,000 after rehab.  First tenant was $839/mo.  Refi'd 12 months later with an appraised value of $79,000 and loan proceeds of $54,000.

Current value between $180,000 and $200,000 depending on how much I am willing to clean it up before selling it at the end of summer.
