Out of State Investing In Oklahoma City
Hi All,
I am an Investor located in Oregon, and as many know it has become difficult to find good reasonably priced properties that cash flow. I’ve had a lot of success here flipping properties and have acquired a few rental units but haven’t been able to acquire as many as I would like to due to the high price of real estate in Oregon.
I have been doing research on investing out of state and think I have identified Oklahoma City as a potential market I would like to get in to.
I would want to use the BRRR strategy to acquire a handful of properties here, has anyone had success doing this in the Oklahoma City market?
Would anyone have any realtors, property managers, contractors, or lenders they would recommend out there?
Does anyone have any warnings before buying properties in Oklahoma City?
This is my first post on Bigger pockets so I apologize if I’ve asked too many questions or formatted my post incorrectly. Any Help would be much appreciated!
Thank you!
