Wanted to do BRRR While in military

Cameron Nagle
Posted

Hello all,

This is my first time posting on this forum. I am currently serving in the military. At age 20. I plan on using my VA Housing Loan to buy a house and use the BRRR method. I don't really know where to start or what to look for. I'm new to this method and want to pursue my plans on doing this. I see may people's issues are money. And I'm not really worried about the money aspect that much but the entire plan behind it if it makes sense. I am stationed in Louisiana and I am looking in the area of Austin and San Antonio Texas. I don't plan on renting any houses out while I'm currently serving in the military. Just Rehab and Refinance. If you got anywhere that I can start reading information to understand this method more much is appreciated. But I'm 100% invested into doing something with my money and looking to make some money during my time in the military.
