Doing my first BRRRR down in Cape Town - Any Renovation Advice?

Hi BP followers, I am a newbie investor who just purchased my first BRRRR property down in Cape Town South Africa. It is a 640 sqft 2-bed 1 bath apartment right in the middle of a well established central town area in the Cape Winelands. Done all the reading, podcasts & research and it is now time for action!

Would be great to get some input from the BP community on any tips from your experiences to get started with this BRRRR? Financing has been sorted (Combined refinancing of another property and private lender) and I am currently working on what I can do with the space so I can finalize contractor pricing for the rehab? Input on what type of look and finishes would be recommended for such a space would appreciated help with ideas? Arranged early access with the owner before transfer which is great.

See the link below to a 2min video of the apartment. Looking to rent is out to young professional(s) working in the center of town.
