I Have capital to buy and rehab. But can't get in contact with any remodeling contractors. Suggestions? Also I work but my wife is temporarily unemployed due to Covid. Will I have a hard time getting a refi? Suggestions on best lenders for BRRR in this area?

@Daniel Griffith- You won't have a problem if you buy right, do a nice rehab, get a stable renter in the property and meet the seasoning period. There are lenders that will provide short term or bridge loans prior to end of the seasoning period but you will need to call a ton of smaller banks/community banks.  I am not familiar with the area so hopefully so hopefully you will get some references as well.
