New to the investment game...

Hey Folks,

I’m brand new to the investment game. My business partner an I would like to start with a rental investment property.

Can anyone guide me in a good direction to follow so that I can get into the BRRRR strategy. Maybe even a mentor that might be able to guide me into this?
