Hi,

In the past few weeks I have been listening to BiggerPockets podcasts and reading a lot of blogs.

As interesting as it is, I’m wondering if someone has experience in real estate investing in Belgium. Since lots of tax regulations etc simply don’t apply in Belgium and are totally different.

I woud love to hear some strategies or tricks of real estate investors. On which parts one should pay extra attention to etc.
