New Investor in the boise area

Hi! I'm fairly new to real estate but have a background helping my family renovate and flip/manage rental properties growing up.

I own one property in Nampa, ID that I am house hacking and plan to refinance and convert to a rental when it's time to move. I'm military so I'll be forced to move in a few years but I was able to get great financing through the VA.

I'm interested in seeking out opportunities in my local area as well as researching ways that I can invest in either flips or BRRRs out of state.
