Looking to invest in San Antonio

I recently joined the Bigger Pockets community as I'm looking to start investing in San Antonio, Texas. I'm searching for single family or multi unit BRRR opportunities. Renovations don't scare me, as I have some experience with them. I own a couple single family properties in Memphis and it's been a good experience , however I'm not feeling the new opportunities I'm finding there are as lucrative anymore.

I chose San Antonio as I have some good friends on the ground in SA and Austin who are able to help me out a bit.

I’m looking to hear about other investors experiences in San Antonio, and I’m looking to put a team together of a great realtor / real estate agent, contractors , and property management .

My intention is to find a market and really expand there, so the goal is to do numerous properties in the next few years.

I look forward to any thoughts, comments, or recommendations

@Kris L.

I take it back as I noticed you are from CA, so you probably aren’t phased by TX taxes.
