What is your #1 question about the process?

As the guys above mentioned, one of the most important aspects of the process is just making sure you have a team that is experienced doing renovation loans, specifically the 203k.

The ones that are experienced, usually have their ducks in a row and know exactly what's needed to get the project done, so it's streamlined and easy to follow.

If you get an inexperienced lender, contractor, etc... you're going to feel like you're chasing your tail and be taken on a wild goose chase to get all the paperwork and protocols taken care of. Trust me, I've been there.

I've since learned from that, and have found that when people build the right team, their projects go largely without a hitch! (you will always have a hicccup here or there, that's the business we're in)

Best of luck!

Matt
