Cash Flow through BRRRR . Help me !
Hi everyone . I live in india where getting a bank loan is quiet expensive . Loan percentage starts at around 9.5% . Rent yield is 0.8%/month to the value of property . After paying all the expenses and paying the mortgage , property shows the negative cash flow . How can i pursue BRRRR?
