Heloc brrrr property
I'm looking at a sfr that's $170000 the ARV will be around $250000 I will be using my heloc for down payment and rehab costs which total 55k between the 2. How would you go about recouping the 55k. Would you refi after the rehab is done even though you just paid closing costs on the initial purchase
