Where in Detroit is a good area to invest?

I am new to the game and while gathering my research I would love to know more about the Detroit area. What can I potentially sit on, and what neighborhoods are developing?

Hi Rachel,

The suburbs touching the city are a great place to start for new investors.

$50-$90k = Redford, Warren, Taylor, and a few others. Rents $900-$1200. B-,C'ish neighborhoods and great for buy and hold. On my page, I have a few BP Calculator PDF reports, you're welcome to check out.
