Looking for Investors and OPM

My husband and I are looking for our first property, we don’t have any money of our own, how would we show our credibility when looking for OPM, we have been watching the podcasts, reading blogs, and getting educated. What are y’all looking for in credibility for first time BRRRRs? We have to start somewhere and I just feel under qualified and I’m sure there are many others feeling this way as well.
