Estimating Costs of a BRR
Hi everyone
I just purchased my first SFH, my goal is to obtain more with the best ROI possible. At the moment I'm holding off on buying until this whole Corona Virus scare slows down. I came across the BRR method and have been watching videos/ reading about it, it seems very practical and like the ideal way to invest. I have a couple questions though, when you purchase from a wholesaler, you re able to get an inspection right? Also how are you guys estimating your rehab costs, do you have contractors that submit your bids before you purchase the property that way you know what you're getting into. Or are you just purchasing them by looking at the photos and guessing what repairs would be, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
