Hi all,

I am planning to Brrrr. How exactly do you implement this strategy?

Do you have to get the cash from investors/partners or out of pocket?

Can you use a FHA 3.5% loan or a FHA 201k loan and Brrrr using those loans? If you can how will refinancing work?

Do you need to build 25% equity of sweat equity to be able to get successfully get it refinanced?

If you use a partner/investor money how much should their return be?

What things generally gives the house more value?

What things should I keep in mind when walking through a property what things should I stay away from, and what things would should I not stay away from?

Why don’t banks give loans to houses in distress?
