Rehab Advice - cost effective options
Hi. I am looking for advice on cost effective options to rehab a place that I just got accepted on. I have 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and 4 kitchens to remodel and the floors and walls must also be painted and re done. I will have around 60k to spend on all of this. Any advice on some cost effective ways to make my place look nice, liveable, and raise value?
