Anyone in the Long Island, NY area have success renting out their homes? Still in the process of my first deal, but I love the idea of house hacking.

@Kyle Nigro since this is a New York specific question then post it in the New York forum.  You'll have a lot more local responses there rather than some yahoo down in Texas blabbering away.  Just a thought.
