Refinance a Buisness owned home
Team,
First off thanks everyone for a great 2019.
My question has to do with refinancing a home I bought in my LLC's name.
I 100% own the LLC.
Can I refinance the home in my personal name using conventional financing without selling the house to myself?
If not, am I allowed to sell the house to myself?
Thanks
Vern

@Vernon Wall yes, you can 100% refinance into a conventional loan even though your LLC owns it. What will occur is that you will sign a "Warranty Deed" at closing on the refinance moving the property from your LLC to you personally. Super simple to do. No need to sell it to yourself or anything like that. Hope that makes sense.
