Good Evening BP,

I am in Phoenix, Az, I am looking for an agent who is familiar with the BRRRR Strategy. I've met and talk to couple agents here and only one of them has heard of BP.

I knew one of the challenges of wanting to BRRRR would be finding a team that understands the strategy and is willing to take on the challenge.

I am hoping to find an agent here in our BP community who lives in Arizona that i can connect with.

Please if you are one or have any referrals let me know.

Thank You

@Christopher Nemlich: Phoenix is in a unique space right now. Appreciation is very healthy, which is good for those who hold properties long enough. But it has raised the entry barrier to the point where it can be tough to cash flow. You can, of course, and many investors are doing very well here in the Phoenix market. @Melanie Johnston and I work through a very investor-friendly brokerage. We have helped a lot of investors figure out how to work the numbers and what strategies to execute to work with the conditions that exist in our market.
