Cincinnati Market; trying to find leads

Hello,

The past six months my wife and I have done two BRRRRs and have had decent success, but neither of them have been good enough where we have been able to recover 100% of our original cash. This leaves us short on the next investment opportunity because we are short on some of the original cash we invested.

I obviously need to find properties even further under market value to begin with and looking for some advice on finding pre-market deals or other strategies in lead systems that have been working for the BP universe. Especially in the Greater Cincinnati Market.

Thank you group and look forward to hearing what has been working for you.

Mark.
