Can I be someone’s Apprentice in Philadelphia?

Good Afternoon Everyone! I stumbled across this app not to long ago and I think it is the best thing ever. I am currently in the United States Navy assigned as a Recruiter with Navy Recruiting District Philadelphia. I have been spending my off time driving around looking at vacant houses and going to different seminars for real estate . Although I have been able to attend these different events I am still fearful of perusing an investment of such a magnitude. I am currently in search if anybody in the Philadelphia or South Jersey area that is willing to take me on as an apprentice and guide on this endeavor of buying homes for investment purposes. Location will not be an issue, as I am willing to travel. I am anxious to learn and gain as much knowledge as possible and will to do the work it takes to there. Thank you in advance for your time.
