looking for Wholesalers and local real-estate agents for BRRRR leads in and around WA

Hello Everyone, I am looking to invest in BRRRR properties in Washington or Oregon states. How do I connect with the wholesalers or off-market local agents who can help me find the properties for BRRRR strategy? It would be a great help if anyone can guide me on this.

BRRRR is super tough in this area my man. Cash flow can be difficult to achieve, some areas aren't even possible to cash flow with traditional lending in all honesty. Gotta get creative and search for some seller finance potentials in order to get a good BRRRR deal.

Finding the wholesalers. Simple. Just get on local facebook groups, then go to meetups.
