New Investor: I’m a carpenter- Can i create my own construction LLC to do my own work
Hello, TIA for any and all help! I am a carpenter and am wondering about the legalities of utilizing the BRRRR method, acquiring a loan, purchasing a property & creating my own LLC to do my own work in the renovation stages. My concern is acquiring additional loan for reno after acquiring the property. I understand that typically most investors sub out the work for reno, but i would like to do my own to cut costs, especially being new to the game.
Again, thanks for any and all help as well as other suggestions that correlate to the path I am trying to take!
