Core 4. Who to contact first

Joel Sprott
Posted

I am contemplating a rehab where a secondary suite will be introduced to an existing property.

Funding already confirmed.

Now knowing that funding is already locked in I need to understand who to approach next to get the budgetary information.

Do i need to have drawings done in advance so that the contractors can provide accurate estimates? Or who should be contacted to get this ball rolling?

Cheers
