New Long distance investor
Hello,
Does anyone have suggestions for how I can learn to accurately estimate rehab costs? When I use the BRRRR calculator to analyze deals I appear to be over analyzing the rehab costs. I have a seasoned BRRRR mentor and my rehab costs are typically $20k-$40k more than what she estimates. Is there a training or book that I could use to learn more so that I'm not overestimating myself out of deals?
