Hi all,

I am purchasing a house for 230k and it needs about 15k in work. The ARV should be 330k.

I am buying in cash but loaning myself with an llc of mine for 245k. 

I want to do a refi immediately to get back the 245k. Would that work?

Also should I get a heloc instead so that I wont be paying interest untill I find the next house? what are heloc rates for investment properies?
