Hi all BP community. I've posted a previous forum about BRRRR in Tampa and the Jacksonville region, and I've got a lot of information and insights from you. I am grateful for your all responses. After careful consideration, I've decided to start where I am living, due to the high entry level in Florida regions.
Hit me and DM please who has the same interests and to team up in this region. Currently, I own two properties in Fairfield, one offer has been accepted upcoming January and I expect my 3d property also in Fairfield, one more offer has been sent to a 4-unit property, crossing my fingers )).

One more thing as a background as a professional software engineer I can offer from my side some help in my field if someone needs such help, I am currently working on a project to automate some processes in accounting, managing and tracking my portfolio.
