Hello Experts,

Relatively newby here. I have held one commercial property for 12 years but ready to grow. I am looking for some investments in SE WI. I am interested in BRRRR or Flipping. I am comfortable with the rehab aspect as I have been in construction for 20+ years. If there are better methods out there I am all ears. Anyone looking for a new connection on finding a deal and lending in this market?
