New Invester Wanting To Get Into BRRRR In Kansas City

Hello all Im cody and currently live in KC! I'm curious about getting into the BRRRR strategy but at the same time really like to learn the meat and potatoes about hiring/managing contractors, etc. the steps that really make a successful process. Does anybody have a book they recommend or somewhere I can go to help me on this process? (Currently read B Turners book on managing rental properties and helped me tremendously.)

I currently have 2 rentals that I rehabbed and currently managing 1 of them. But would like to instead move into a position of more delegation, hiring other contractors, etc. instead with thoughts of perhaps scaling larger, getting more properties, giving other people opportunities for work along with getting a team of solid contractors I can turn too. Not sure if that makes since but this my thought process at least. Open to whatever advice anybody has and forever thankful for this forum.

@Cody M. get connected with some local real estate meetup groups. Meetup.com is a good resource for those but some of the groups will also post here on Bigger Pockets Marketplace too. Even facebook might have some good local groups for you. But post locally for this. That’s the best bet.
