Keep it a 4 bedroom 1 bath or use small bathroom for laundry room

Hello, so I am in a situation right now where I have a four bedroom 1 bath single-family home that at the moment has the laundry room hook ups in the kitchen and the kitchen is fairly small so I am trying to give the kitchen more space by relocating the laundry room into the smallest bedroom. The cost of this is a little high for the fact that the bedroom sits on a concrete slab so doing the drain plumbing is a bigger job. My question is does it seem worth it to pay money to have the laundry room moved and lose a bathroom making it a 3 bedroom 1 bath. Or should I keep the existing laundry room location.  The pictures show possible laundry room in kitchen option
