BRRRR How to structure-Partnership? Any advice would help

I want to start using the BRRRR Method Partner #1 wants to be the money to acquire the property and the money for renovation. Partner #2 wants to do the hands on work to renovate the property while paying the Mortgage and live in the property until the rehab is done then rent it out. Partner #2 is also open to spending some money if needed.  Looking for any advice on how to structure this or stories of people in similar partnerships.
