Home Equity Loan with LLC

Has anyone ever gotten a home equity loan with a new rental property (under an llc)? What's the qualifications and is there a seasonal period? 

I'm purchasing a light rehab (should be completed in 2 months) property using a hard money lender planning out my exit strategy outside of the traditional refi model (waiting 3-6 months).
